Johnny Beatnik Lives?

Where the songs live, and some of them lie

Somewhere between a dive bar and a dying star, Johnny Beatnik slipped through a crack in the universe—and the universe never quite stitched itself back together.

Nobody knows where he came from. Some say he was the singer in a forgotten band that vanished mid-tour. Others claim he struck a deal with a god that doesn’t return calls. Maybe he was cursed. Maybe he just got bored. But ever since that fall, Johnny’s been moving—hat on, cigarette lit, guitar case full of ghosts—wandering the long backroads of time, jukeboxes, motel mirrors, and myth.

Here’s the twist:
Nine albums • Each one a descent • Each one a circle

It’s a pulp-noir tribute to Dante’s Inferno—and along with demons and sinners, Johnny also finds ex-lovers, failed songs, broken promises and those the world has forgotten about.

Each album is a novel. Every track is a scene. This isn’t a band in the traditional sense. It’s a sonic comic book. A collaboration between original lyrics and AI-enhanced backing tracks (the Deadbirds), stitched together with blood, sweat and deers caught in your headlights.

This is music for the doomed romantics, the after-hours prophets, the ones who’ve danced with storms and dared to call it love.

Welcome to The Nine Circles of Hell (rock ’n’ roll edition)

Circle 1: Limbo/Dig Out Your Own Pirate Grave

Johnny’s first descent. The world still feels half-alive. These are songs from the in-between: the nowhere gigs, the faded flyers, the dreams that got half-built and half-abandoned. Limbo isn’t hell, not yet — but it’s what happens when nobody writes your name in the book. You just keep drifting… and if you’re lucky, you find a shovel.
